At Printfever, every order is custom printed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a printing error, defect, or your order arrives damaged, we will gladly reprint or refund your order.

What Qualifies for a Reprint or Refund?

  • The print is significantly different from the file provided

  • The order arrives damaged due to shipping

  • The product has clear manufacturing defects

What Doesn’t Qualify:

  • Typos or layout errors

  • Low-resolution artwork provided by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen-to-print variation

How to Request a Reprint or Refund:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide a resolution, depending on the situation.
