Turnaround Times
We know just how important it is for your print jobs to be ready on time, we strive to expedite each and every order that comes through.
Orders must be confirmed by 10am EST to being production. Your order will be ready to pickup on the appropriate day between 10am – 6pm. Production times do not include delivery time.
Production times vary depending on the product, stock, and finish. Each product will display all available turnaround times after you have selected your product and options. We are unable to offer rush production on all products. If a rush turnaround is not displayed as an option, it is not available.
Turnaround times are based on WORKING DAYS ONLY (Monday-Friday) excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed “in hands” date. Pick up orders are available the FOLLOWING business day AFTER PRODUCTION TIME IS COMPLETED (Monday to Friday). Weather and other occurrences beyond our control may impact our ability to deliver by the estimated date. Orders that complete after 5:00PM may not be available for pick up until the following morning.
Turnaround starts from the time the is confirmed. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
While we make every attempt to meet or exceed the stated turnaround times, turn times are not guaranteed. A variety of issues including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, production errors, etc. may create unplanned delays. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
