Turnaround Times
When Does Production Start?
Production begins only after your order has been confirmed. Orders must be confirmed by 10:00 AM EST to begin production on the same business day. Orders confirmed after that time will begin production the following business day.
Turnaround times are based on business days only (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. Production times refer only to manufacturing and do not include shipping or delivery time.
Pickup Availability
Once production is complete, orders are typically available for pickup the following business day, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please note that:
Orders completed after 5:00 PM may not be available until the next morning.
If you’re on a tight deadline, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
We do not offer same-day pickup unless previously arranged.
Product-Specific Turnaround Times
Turnaround times may vary depending on the product, paper stock, and finishing options. When placing your order online, you’ll see the available production timelines displayed after you select your product and customization options.
Not all items qualify for rush production. If a rush option is not displayed, it means it is not available for that specific product.
Important Notes
Turnaround starts when the final artwork is approved and payment is confirmed.
If a job is placed on hold, contains revised files, or requires proof approval, the turnaround time begins once all approvals are completed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Weather conditions, supply chain delays, or equipment issues may affect turnaround times. While we strive to meet or exceed all deadlines, production times are not guaranteed.
While we make every attempt to meet or exceed the stated turnaround times, turn times are not guaranteed. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability and production times.
